Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Inverge ("we") provides an AI-assisted prospecting and outreach workspace. For the account data you give us we are the data controller. For the prospect and conversation data you manage in your workspace, you are the controller and we act as your processor under Article 28 GDPR.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, organization name and sign-in details.

Workspace data: audiences, prospects, notes, knowledge documents, tasks and the messages you send or receive through channels you connect (such as LinkedIn or email).

Technical data: error codes, the page an error happened on and timestamps. Error logs are automatically stripped of emails, links, names, numbers and quoted text.

Feedback: reports you choose to send, including an optional screenshot you preview before sending.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To provide the service you signed up for (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

To keep the service secure and fix problems (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

To meet legal obligations such as invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your data and do not use your workspace content to train public AI models.

4. Who can see your data

Your workspace is private to you and the team members you invite. Our support team can only see technical error codes and the reports you send them — never your messages, contacts or LinkedIn activity.

We use carefully selected sub-processors for hosting, AI processing and channel connections, bound by data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

Workspace data: for as long as your account is active, deleted within 30 days after you close it.

Error logs: automatically deleted after 90 days.

Feedback reports: until resolved, or until you delete them.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connected-channel passwords never pass through Inverge; your own tool keys are stored encrypted. Access is limited by strict per-account permissions.

8. Changes

We'll notify you by email before material changes to this policy take effect.
