Your outcome: A clear business profile and a first approved knowledge document.
1. Start with what makes you different
Describe what you sell, who you help and the problem you solve. Add real proof: a customer example, a verified result or a specific service. Your profile helps Inverge propose relevant audiences and content.
Instead of ‘We help businesses grow’, try ‘We help independent hotels turn website enquiries into bookings, with a small team and no new booking system.’
2. Give the AI facts it can use
Add your FAQs, product details, pricing and case studies in Knowledge. Review imported website text before relying on it. The business profile guides suggestions, but factual answers rely on approved Knowledge. A missing answer should become a task for a person, not a guess.
3. Learning stays under your control
Inverge can propose a learning from a conversation. It remains pending until you approve it. Only approval adds it to Knowledge. Reject incorrect, outdated or customer-specific information rather than turning it into a general fact.
Quick knowledge check
A prospect asks something that is not covered in Knowledge. What should happen?
